Return Eligibility

Due to the nature of our products, returns are accepted only under the following conditions:

  • The product was damaged during shipping
  • The wrong product was delivered
  • The product does not match the description or Certificate of Analysis

All return requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery. Products must be in their original, unopened packaging.

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please contact our support team with the following information:

  • Your order number
  • The product(s) you wish to return
  • The reason for the return
  • Photos of any damage (if applicable)

Our team will review your request and respond within 1–2 business days with instructions on how to proceed.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund to your account.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Products that have been opened or used
  • Products returned after the 14-day window
  • Products damaged due to mishandling by the customer

Shipping Costs

If the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective product, or shipping damage), we will cover the return shipping costs and provide a prepaid return label.

For all other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
