Shipping Rates
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST may be processed the following business day.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can monitor your delivery.
Shipping Area
We currently ship to addresses within the United States only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
All shipments are dispatched from our facility in Raleigh, North Carolina.
Packaging
All orders are shipped in plain, unmarked packaging for your privacy. Products are carefully packaged to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.
Temperature-sensitive items are shipped with appropriate cold-chain materials when necessary.
